4.27 The land shall be a desolation, but I will not make a full end (also, 5.18).
Jerusalem is without excuse (5. 16-21); given covenant and instructions and told, “Stand by the roads and look, and ask for the ancient paths, where the good way is, and walk in it, and find rest for your souls” (6.16).
